This term, we have been building on our knowledge of fundamental skills which we learned in Year 1. We worked on our balance and moving with control as this is really important for when taking part in different sports or playground games. In Year 1 we learned how and why we would run at different speeds and how this made our body feel. This time round, we refreshed our knowledge and were taught how to improve our technique so we could run more efficiently. We've all been practising on the playground since!
