Yesterday Year 1 had a special visitor come to teach us more about Shabbat. We learnt about when Shabbat happens and how Jewish people celebrate it with their families. We had a turn at laying the Shabbat table with candlesticks and grape juice. We even got to taste the grape juice and sample some Challah!
