Last Friday, the Underwood class had the chance to improve their cooking skills at a workshop named 'cookery lesson' at the Hackney School of Food. We carefully followed the chef's instructions and recipe, measuring ingredients, mixing them, and creating wholemeal soda bread and a delightful, healthy soup known as "seasonal Tuscan Ribollita." Our cutting skills improved as we used proper knives. Acting like chefs made the experience truly enjoyable! We're excited to recreate these dishes at home too.
