Following World Book Day and to promote the importance of reading for pleasure, the children in Reception visited the Hackney Library. They enjoyed an engaging storytelling session and explored the children's section of the Library.
The walk to the Library has also been a great opportunity for the children to continue the learning about our community, which was our previous term's focus. They also practised how to Stop, Look and Listen when crossing the road on a zebra crossing - exactly the way the JRSos taught them!
