To support and extend the children’s learning about Expressive Arts and Design, Reception visited The London Symphony Orchestra at St Luke's today. They took part in an interactive storytelling performance "Let's dive under the sea!" accompanied by the London Symphony Orchestra string quartet.
The children had a chance to experience the live performance in the beautiful Jerwood hall and listen to some of the greatest pieces of classical music such as Mozart's Marriage of Figaro Overture and Dmitri Shostakovich's String Quartet No 8.
What a brilliant end to the half term. See you all in a week!
