We are becoming more confident with our blending and writing during our Phonics lessons.
We are blending sounds together to form words and learning how to segment words into sounds and write them in our books. We use the read Write Inc scheme to help us develop our reading fluency and our writing skills.
We use Fred fingers to help us identify individual sounds in words, pinching one finger from left to right for each sound and magnetic boards to support our blending. And we always remember to work on our correct letter formation!
