During outdoor provision, Nursery learnt to play and create the classic game of 'Hopscotch'. Nursery worked on their small muscle movements and were able to draw their very own hopscotch frame! With adult support, they quickly learnt how to play and strengthened their gross motor skills while hopping, balancing and jumping.
Some children adapted the game, joining different shapes in the Hopscotch frame and making new rules.
What a great game it was and so much fun!
