Year Two have been making flapjacks in their cooking lessons!
This half term, we had an amazing time in the school kitchen preparing and making flapjacks! We remembered our learning from Design and Technology topics on how to keep safe in the kitchen when dealing with food and made sure that we used the equipment carefully. We had an opportunity to use our claw cutting technique to prepare certain ingredients. In the end, we got to taste our flapjacks and evaluated them!
