Year Two have completed their topic on adding and subtracting 2-digit numbers!
Since last half term, we had been developing our knowledge on addition and subtraction, so that we would get better at understanding numbers. For our final lesson on addition and subtraction, we consolidated our learning by using our semantic and procedural knowledge, using a set of cards to sort systematically - Our cards depicted different representations of word problems that we used as a starting point.
