Following on from the brilliant pupil and teacher feedback from last year's Year 4 children, we have been able to bring Platform Cricket back in to work with the current Year 4 children.

Former first-class English cricketer, Jahid Ahmed, has been coming in each week to teach the children how to play Cricket and to build on the children's striking and fielding skills they have been developing since Year 1! They have been learning the similarities and differences between Rounders which they learned about in Year 3 and how to apply tactics from various other team sports. 

We look forward to the community event and the inter-school cricket festival which will take place later on this year!
