Each Wednesday the children in Reception have a Launchpad session with a Speech and Language Specialist. With the help of Alan the Alien, the children learn to listen to instructions and take turns through engaging games. They always enjoy correcting Alan and reminding him of the listening rules and how to wait for his turn.
Launchpad for Language is a programme provided by Speech and Language Therapists for all Early Years children in a school setting, supporting speech, language and communication skills.
