D.E.A.R stands for Drop Everything And Read! It can happen at any time, without any warning, so you need to make sure you have your reading book with you at all times. We have lots of regular reading sessions in our timetable but we do love it when we get to do a D.E.A.R. No matter what you are doing, you need to stop, reach for your reading book and enjoy getting lost in your book. This term certain authors and series of books have become very popular indeed. Children throughout the school have put in requests to see if we can buy more of these books....and the good news is..... they should be arriving early next term......
