This week Year 1 used the kitchen for the very first time. We made a healthy and delicious breakfast.
First we learned how to safely use a knife. We chopped some strawberries into thin slices. We then used our knife to carefully slice some bananas and raspberries.
We added some natural yoghurt to our bowls before adding our fruit. We mixed this together before adding some muesli. Finally we mixed in some honey to add a little sweetness.
We ate our muesli afterwards and everyone decided it was the best breakfast snack they have ever eaten!
